Welcome to Narva-Jõesuu, Ida-Virumaa on May 3-4, 2025. Enjoy the steam, a beautiful venue by the banks of the Narva River, and various sauna rituals, from sounds to aromas and whisking.
Visitors will find the large pop-up sauna Astera by the riverside next to the Narva-Jõesuu port, comfortably accommodating 30 people and allowing more than 60 people to enjoy the steam at peak times. At this event, the black sauna is a quiet sauna where talking is allowed only during sound and aroma rituals led by the sauna master. At other times, the sauna serves as a peaceful retreat for personal thoughts.
In addition to the Astera sauna (black), the area features a large white pop-up sauna, where all classic sauna rituals (with whisking) take place, accommodating about a hundred people looking to warm up from the cold.
Entry to the saunas, hot tubs, and for regular steam enjoyment is free - no ticket required. All sauna rituals (in the white and black tents) are paid (day ticket: €2-5).
On-site, there will be changing tents and an opportunity to cool off by bathing in the spring river. It is prohibited to swim or venture beyond the designated beach area (border zone). Alcohol consumption on the premises is not allowed.
On-site, a storage service for belongings/clothing is available upon request (2 € - please bring coins). Please do not leave valuables for storage. For those purchasing a day ticket for the rituals, storage is free.
The saunas are hot and open:
- May 3, 2025 (Saturday): 15:00 - 20:00
- May 4, 2025 (Sunday): 11:00 - 16:00
White sauna rituals with whisking (ticketed):
- May 3, 2025 (Saturday): 16:00; 18:00; 19:00 - STRONG STEAM (without whisking)
- May 4, 2025 (Sunday): 13:00; 14:00; 15:00 - STRONG STEAM (without whisking)
Black sauna rituals with sounds and aromas (ticketed):
- May 3, 2025 (Saturday): 15:30; 16:30; 18:30
- May 4, 2025 (Sunday): 12:30; 13:30; 14:30
Outside of the sauna rituals, staying in the area and visiting the saunas, including hot tubs, is free. To enjoy the sauna rituals, a day ticket is required, covering all-day access to the rituals (subject to capacity in the saunas). The day ticket for rituals is valid for one day. If you wish to enjoy rituals on both days, you will need to purchase a separate ticket for each day.
